Your project enquiry

The project brief asks for your name, email, business, service needs, optional budget and project description. The information stays in the page while you complete it. Continuing to WhatsApp puts your brief into a WhatsApp link; choosing email opens an email draft. Nothing is automatically sent to Mallika. You decide whether to send the message in the chosen app.

Opening WhatsApp passes the prefilled text to WhatsApp, where its own privacy terms apply. Email is handled by your chosen email provider. Avoid including sensitive personal, financial or account information in your brief.

How enquiries are used

When you send a message, Mallika uses it to discuss your project, prepare a proposal and manage the working relationship. Enquiry details are not sold or used to add you to a marketing mailing list. If specialist help is needed for your project, any necessary sharing will be discussed with you.

Website storage and third parties

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or nonessential cookies, and the brief is not saved to browser storage. Fonts and website images are served with the site. The hosting provider may process routine technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect the website.

Keeping and removing information

Enquiry messages are kept only while needed for project discussions, service delivery or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can email Mallika to ask about the information held about you, request a correction or request deletion. Message copies held by WhatsApp or email providers are subject to their own policies and controls.
